Zeolite media for oxygen plant most of unit uses Lithium and Sodium zeolite molecular sieve in their PSA and VPSA technology. Zeolite media has high adsorption capacity at low adsorbate concentration. Since the crystal cavity of the zeolite media helps in adsorption contaminants.
Granular carbon is another cost-effective alternate media which helps in purification of air in the system.
Air filtration Fabric is the technology used most widely to remove particles from an air stream.
Both fabric and fibrous or fiber filters are used to arrest the contaminants for air. The most predominant mechanisms contributing to particle collection are interception, inertial and diffusion.

Premium grade Spherical Super Carbon is a “Dust Free” activated carbon, with controlled particle size with unique distribution of Macro & Micro pores to facilitate the adsorption of both high and low molecular organic molecules. This has excellent capacity for higher toxic removal capacities than the conventional carbon media. This Product has potential to replace conventional activated carbon media in applications.

The media can also use the process of adsorption to capture and remove fine particulates.

The media can also use the process of adsorption to capture and remove fine particulates.

Product Features & USP:

  • To be used when Oxygen purity requirement is > 95%
  • Controlled particle size for better Oxygen-Nitrogen separation
  • Can be used in combination with SuperME ZEO Li for better Oxygen purity control
  • Its Nitrogen adsorption capacity is 22ml/gm/min. It's N2/O2 selectivity ratio is > 7
